At Battle-Box, we offer women-only time slots where women can enjoy themselves without hesitation. Through martial arts exercises designed for women, you can improve your metabolism and shape up while having fun.

On the B1F, we offer a 160 square meters of mat space, designed with consideration of safety.

I started because I admired my favorite kickboxer. The teacher was kind enough to explain things I didn't understand, and I made friends outside of school, so now going to the gym after school has become something I look forward to every week. I'm glad I'm getting stronger than before. I like shadow boxing practice. There are many different types of practice, so it's always fun.
