Article 1 (Purpose)

Battle-Box (hereinafter referred to as "the gym") is a member (meaning a person who has concluded a contract with the Company through the procedures prescribed in Article 4 of these rules) using the facilities of the gym and physical and the purpose is to develop, maintainhealth, promote health and promote fitness.

Article 2 (Membership)

  1. This gym is a membership system.
  2. The scope of use of the Gym by members, the conditions, and the facility operation system (including membership types, products and services provided) shall be stipulated separately.
  3. When a member uses the gym, the membership card (for some facilities, in addition to this,information to confirm that the member is our member, such as through finger vein recognition) is provided to the facility.

Article 3 (Membership Qualification)

  1. Membership qualifications for this gym must meet all of the following requirements.
    1. Meet the qualifications specified separately for each membership type
    2. Declare to the Gym that you are in a state of health that allows you to use the facilities of the Gym.
    3. Agreeing to the Bylaws
    4. Not affiliated with organized crime groups
    5. You must not have committed any violations of this bylaw in the past. However, even if the violation has occurred, if the reason for the violation has been resolved, etc., as a result of consideration by this gym, those who have been approved for membership
  2. The member guarantees to the gym not only now but also in the future that he or she will not fall under the category of anti-social forces such as organized crime groups specified in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces, etc.").
    1. Crime
    2. Organized crime group members (including those who have been an out of member of an organized crime group for less than 5 years)
    3. Crime associate members
    4. Officers, employees or shareholders of organized crime group companies, or related parties such as the position of ruler
    5. Other items equivalent to the preceding items
  3. The member guarantees that the gym will not provide funds to anti-social forces, etc., regardless of the name, directly or indirectly, and that there are no plans to do so in the future.
  4. The member guarantees that the gym has no direct or indirect relationship with anti-social forces that should be socially accused.
  5. The member warrants to the gym that he/she will not commit any of the following acts either by himself/herself or by using a third party.
    1. Violent demands
    2. Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility
    3. Acts of threatening behavior or using violence in relation to transactions
    4. Dissemination of rumors, damage to the credibility of the Gym using fraudulent means or force or acts of interfering with the business of the Gym.
    5. Other acts equivalent to the preceding items

Article 4 (Membership procedure)

  1. If you wish to join the Gym, please apply for membership using the prescribed application method, and after being screened by the Gym, when the Gym approves, the contract with the Gym will be established and become a gym member. The start date of use will be determined separately.
  2. Even if you have applied for membership as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, your membership may not be approved as a result of the examination conducted by this gym. The review method, review process, and content of the review will not be disclosed.
  3. Members shall promptly respond to requests from the Gym for posting identification documents after joining. If the member does not comply with the request, the gym may prohibit the member from using the facility. Even in this case, the member shall pay the expenses specified in Article 7, Paragraph

Article 5 (Procedures for changing notification content)

  1. If you wish to join the Gym, please apply for membership in accordance with the prescribed application method, undergo screening by the Gym, and when the Gym approves, the contract with the Gym will be established and become a gym member. The start date of use will be determined separately.
  2. Even if you have applied for membership as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, your membership may not be approved as a result of the examination conducted by this gym. The review method, review process, and content of the review will not be disclosed.

Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)

The Gym manages the personal information of members held by the Gym in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" and "Notice Concerning the Handling of Customer Personal Information" separately established by the Gym.

Article 7 (Miscellaneous expenses)

  1. Expenses including membership fees for each membership type (hereinafter referred to as "expenses") shall be determined separately.
  2. Members shall pay various expenses by the method and means designated by the Gym according to the membership type for which they are applying by the due date for payment of expenses separately determined.
  3. Fees once paid will not be refunded except in cases where there is a legal requirement, or a reason recognized by this gym.

Article 8 (Inheritance and transfer of membership status)

Membership in the Gym is exclusive and cannot be transferred or inherited by another person.

Article 9 (Use of facilities by non-members)

The Gym may allow non-members to use its facilities if it deems it necessary. This Terms of Use also applies to those who use it.

Article 10 (Compliance with Rules)

When using the facilities of this gym, members shall comply with the Rules and other rules established by this gym and follow the instructions of the facility staff of this gym (hereinafter referred to as "facility staff").

Article 11 (Prohibitions)

Members must not do any of the following:
  1. To slander or slander third parties including other members (hereinafter referred to as "other persons"), facility staff, or this gym.
  2. Violence such as beating, pushing, or restraining other people or facility staff.
  3. Intimidating or nuisance behavior such as making loud or strange noises or blocking the way of other people or facility staff.
  4. Throwing, smashing, hitting, etc. Dangerous acts that may frighten other people and facility staff.
  5. Destroying the facilities, equipment, and fixtures of this gym, or taking out fixtures.
  6. Acts such as ambushing other people or facility staff, following them, or talking to them without reason.
  7. Acts that cause inconvenience to facility staff by interviews, telephone calls, or other methods without justifiable reason.
  8. Acts that violate laws and public order and morals, such as molesting, peeping, exposure, and spitting.
  9. Bringing dangerous items such as knives into the building.
  10. Merchandise sales, business activities, money leasing, solicitation, political activities, signature activities in the building.
  11. Bringing large sums of money or items into the building.
  12. Acts that disturb the order in the facility of this gym.
  13. Lending one's membership card to another person or letting others use it.
  14. Acts of using another member's membership card, regardless of whether or not the member's consent has been obtained.
  15. Other acts that deems inappropriate as a member.

Article 12 (Exemption from liability for damages)

  1. The Gym shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member while using the facilities of the Gym, except in cases where the Gym is intentionally or negligently.
  2. The Gym will not be involved in any disputes or troubles that arise between members and will not be held responsible unless the Gym is intentionally or negligently involved.

Article 13 (Responsibility for Carry-on Items)

  1. This gym does not store items brought into the facility by members. Members are responsible for managing their own belongings.
  2. The Gym shall not be responsible for compensating for loss or damage of items brought into the facility by Members unless there is intentional or negligence.
  3. This gym considers that members have waived all rights related to items left at the facility. However, those specified in the following items are excluded.
    1. Cash and Marketable Securities
    2. Items whose value or total amount is clearly recognized to be 10,000 yen or more
    3. Keys, card keys, and similar items used to unlock buildings or automobiles.
    4. Mobile phone equipment
    5. A driver's license, health insurance card, residence card, or any other document issued pursuant to the provisions of laws or orders based thereon, which certifies an individual's status or rights exclusive to the individual.
    6. Deposit/savings passbook, card for withdrawal of deposits/savings, or credit card
    7. Animals
    8. Tennis rackets, golf clubs and similar amounts
    9. the item or its attachments

Article 14 (Member's liability for damages)

If a member causes damage to the gym, another member, or a third party due to reasons attributable to the member while using the facilities of the gym, the member shall be responsible for the damage.

Article 15 (Adjournment)

Article 16 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw from membership for personal reasons, the member may withdraw from membership on the last day of the current month (hereinafter referred to as the "withdrawal date") by completing the procedures in writing prescribed by the gym by the date set by the gym. In addition, members are obligated to pay various expenses to this gym until the date of withdrawal.

Article 17 (Limitation, Prohibition, Termination of Contract)

  1. If a member falls under any of the following items, the gym may restrict or prohibit the member from using the facilities of the gym, or immediately terminate the contract. However, even if the use of the gym's facilities is restricted or prohibited by the gym, the member shall ay the various expenses stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 1.
    1. When it turns out that the membership qualifications stipulated in Article 3 are not satisfied.
    2. When violating this rule or other rules established by this gym.
    3. When the setting of the payment method cannot be confirmed (the same shall apply when the payment method or method cannot be used due to the member's fault after setting the payment method).
    4. Failure to pay expenses for two consecutive months.
    5. When there is a petition for bankruptcy or civil rehabilitation. Or when there is a request for voluntary liquidation.
    6. When the period of no use continues for one year or more, after the date that is stipulated in Article 4.
    7. If you are found to have a plague that causes symptoms such as muscle spasms and loss of consciousness.
    8. When it turns out that you have an epidemic that may cause mass infection.
    9. When it becomes clear that exercise, bathing, etc. are prohibited by a doctor.
    10. When you are pregnant.
    11. When you violate the law.
    12. In addition, when this gym recognizes that it is not suitable as a member.
  2. Even if the member suffers damage due to the gym canceling the contract based on these regulations based on the preceding paragraph, the gym will not be held responsible for compensating for the damage.

Article 18 (Suspension and Closure of Facilities)

  1. This gym can set regular holidays.
  2. The Gym may temporarily suspend or close all or part of the facilities of the Gym when it determines that it is difficult to operate or should not operate due to any of the following items.
    1. When natural disasters, weather disasters, earthquakes or other force majeure events occur or are likely to occur.
    2. When remodeling, extension/renovation, repair, maintenance or inspection of the facility is required.
    3. When a judgment is handed down, laws and regulations are enacted, amended or abolished, dispositions (including adverse dispositions), administrative guidance or orders are issued.
    4. When there is a significant change in social conditions.
    5. In addition, when it is difficult for this gym to operate or circumstances that should not operate occur, or when there is a possibility of doing so.
  3. In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the member's obligation to pay various expenses shall not be reduced or exempted, except as provided by law or approved by the Gym.
  4. If the gym is scheduled to be temporarily closed or closed, the gym will, in principle, notify or notify the members at least one month in advance, as far as the circumstances permit.

Article 19 (Changes and Abolition of Expenses, Scope of Use, Conditions, and Operating System)
