Once you've loosened up, the next step is to wake up your body.
Jumping rope engages your calves, which act as a pump to circulate blood throughout your body. By using the calves, it helps you to feel warm entirely.
Additionally, maintaining a steady rhythm while jumping rope improves your footwork and step movements in martial arts.

By reforming your habits, you'll learn more efficient footwork, punches, and kicks.

We will tailor the pad training to your level, challenges, and requests, so you can train with confidence.
Note: Pad training is limited to 2 minutes × 3 sets per day.
