Arrival at the Gym & Changing

Head straight to the gym after work!
Change into comfortable workout clothes and switch your mindset for training.

Foam Rolling & Stretching
(5-10 minutes)

When you arrive at the gym, it’s important to start by "loosening up" your body.
To prevent injuries, we focus on releasing muscle tension and increasing the range of motion in the joints.

Jump Rope
(2-10 minutes)

Once you've loosened up, the next step is to wake up your body.
Jumping rope engages your calves, which act as a pump to circulate blood throughout your body. By using the calves, it helps you to feel warm entirely.
Additionally, maintaining a steady rhythm while jumping rope improves your footwork and step movements in martial arts.

Use the mirror to check your stance and movements.
By reforming your habits, you'll learn more efficient footwork, punches, and kicks. Rest assured, our trainers will actively provide guidance throughout the process.

Pad Training
(2 minutes × 3 sets)

Under the guidance of our trainers, let's practice the punches and kicks you've learned!
We will tailor the pad training to your level, challenges, and requests, so you can train with confidence.
Note: Pad training is limited to 2 minutes × 3 sets per day.

Punching Bag
(2 minutes × 3-5 sets)

Now, let's practice the punches and kicks you've learned from the trainer on the punching bag!
By focusing on specific goals, your skills will improve, moreover your concentration will increase.
It’s also highly effective for burning calories, helping you build your body efficiently.

Strengthening Training
(5-10 minutes)

Finally, we'll focus on strengthening your weak points with various exercises. Our trainers will actively suggest exercises, so feel free to ask for guidance.
At first, don’t push yourself too hard; the key is to “continue,” which will lead you to your goals and results.
