Free Training
During free training hours, you can come to the gym at your preferred time, start your workout, and finish at your own pace.
The focus is primarily on striking instruction, and trainers are always on hand during business hours. Whether you need guidance on proper form, workout recommendations, or mitt training, our trainers are here to help.

Jiu-Jitsu Class
In our Jiu-Jitsu class, an experienced coach is always present to guide you through the techniques of joint locks and chokes while wearing a traditional gi (uniform).

MMA Class
A full-fledged practical class that integrates striking, throws, grappling, and submissions.
Professional MMA fighters provide coaching on offensive and defensive techniques, combining "striking, submissions, and throws."
