Members are free to create their own training routines and train any part of their body they like.
Our staff will provide thorough support for those who don't know what to do or how to train.
With professional support, you can train effectively.
Here, we will introduce a member's daily training routine.

①Myofascial release & stretching (5-10 minutes)
When you come to the gym, it is important to first loosen up your body.
To prevent injury, we will loosen up your muscles and increase the range of motion of your joints. -
②Jump rope (2 to 10 minutes)
Once you have loosened up your body, it's time to wake it up.
Jumping rope uses your calves, which act as a pump to send blood to the whole body, so using these muscles warms up your whole body.
Also, keeping a constant rhythm with jumping rope will help improve your stepping movements in martial arts. -
③Form check (2 minutes x 3-5 sets)
You will check your stance and movements in the mirror.
By correcting your own habits, you will learn efficient steps, punches, and kicks.
Please rest assured that you will receive active guidance from the trainer. -
④Mitt training (2 minutes x 3 sets)
Under the guidance of our trainer, you can put into practice the punches and kicks you have actually learned!
Please rest assured that we will provide mitt training tailored to your level, challenges, and requests!
*Mitt training will be 2 minutes x 3 sets per day. -
⑤Punching bag (2 minutes x 3-5 sets)
Let's use the punches and kicks you learned from the trainer on the punching bag!
If you tackle the challenge with a goal in mind, your technique will improve and your concentration will increase.
It also burns a lot of calories, so you can build your body efficiently. -
⑥Supplementary training (5 to 10 minutes)
Finally, we will strengthen your weak points through various training.
Our trainers will be happy to give you suggestions, so please feel free to ask.
Don't push yourself too hard at first, and above all, keep going - that will lead to your goals and results.
